This is us, Rebecca and Stephen Corley and our three children, admittedly a long time ago in warmer climes. After thirty years working overseas, we returned to Wales in 2019 and set up home in what was a rather run down old property and adjusted to a very different climate and way of life. We refurbished the building in keeping with its origins and endeavour to make a stay with us simply an extension of our own home life. It is our home after all. Our personalities and attitudes are very much part of the deal here and the aim is to treat everyone as house guests rather than customers.
We also host private gatherings, particularly shooting and fishing parties. If numbers permit we can cater in style across the spectrum, with everything from easy suppers to lavish five-course dinners.
Rebecca is a formally trained cook and ran both a successful cookery school and catering company in the UK and abroad, so guests are unlikely to leave wanting.
